How can I send a private message in Webcam rooms?

First, select the person's name from the list on the right. Their name will appear on the "Private to X" button.

Once this is done, write your message normally, but instead of pressing the "Enter" key on your keyboard, click on the "Private to X" button, located just to the right of the dialogue box.
