How can I find my password ?

To recover your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the homepage of jalf.com, or by clicking the following link: “Forgot your password”.

You have two options to recover your password:

1. Email
   Using the email address you provided during registration, you will receive a link with the steps to follow in order to reset your password.

   If you don’t see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
   
   

2. Phone Number
   If you provided your phone number when you signed up, you have the option to receive a unique 4–6 digit code via text message (SMS).
   
   Once received, simply enter it in the appropriate field. You’ll then be able to choose a new password.

Please note: If you no longer have access to either of these two methods, our team will not be able to reset your password. You will need to create a new account.
