How should I proceed to stop receiving email notifications?

Desktop version

To stop receiving emails from JALF: click on "My Options" in the top menu.

Click on "Message Notification":

Uncheck all the boxes from the EMAIL column for which you wish to stop receiving emails, or click "ALL" to select or deselect all. Then, click SAVE.

Tip: You can choose the emails you want to receive by taking a few minutes to look at the different options. Maybe you'll find some interesting ones on the list.
