How to delete my profile permanently?

IMPORTANT: Our advertising mailings are prepared a few days in advance. So once the profile is deleted, it is possible that you will still receive messages for a few days, but they will stop quickly. Note that we do not make any VIP subscription refunds.

Desktop version 

To permanently delete your profile, click on "My options" in the top menu:

Click on "Delete your JALF profile".

Then indicate the reason for your departure and click on "Delete my profile".

Mobile Version

Click at the top right on "Menu".

Click on "My Options" and then in "Advanced Options".

Click on "Delete your JALF profile".

Write your comments and then click on "Delete my profile".
